There’s a reason that the Left doesn’t talk about “justice” but rather “social justice.” It’s because the modifier they insert changes the very meaning of the word. It is a “modified” version of justice — what David Horowitz calls here their justice — that they seek and that “justice” is the very antithesis of what decent people think. Social Justice requires the rewarding of all that is evil, failed and recognized by decent society as wrong and the concurrent punishment of all that is good, right and successful. Since Western Civilization is good, right and successful — in fact, the best, most right and most successful culture in all of human history — it is Western Civilization that the Modern Liberal first and foremost seeks to destroy. In The KinderGarden of Eden: How The Modern Liberal Thinks, I explain what I call the Modern Liberals’ “Cult of Indiscriminateness” and how their rejection of discriminating thought (which, for reasons explained in the book and elsewhere, they see as the evil act of bigotry) leads them to side only and always with evil over good, wrong over right and the behaviors that lead to failure over those that lead to success. With the Ebola virus now in America — and enterovirus being spread to our children — even Democrats are are frightened. With Obama’s destruction of the healthcare system another loser for the Left, THIS ISSUE — the borders — is just one more thing for EVERYONE (including Democrats) to be afraid of.
